Complaint Escalation Matrix

1st Level:
Please write to complaints@thyrocare.com and expect a revert within 12 working hours with a complaint ID.
2nd Level:
Please write to redressals@thyrocare.com if you don’t hear anything for 48 working hours post writing to level 1. Please always quote your complaint ID.
3rd Level:
Please write to gm.redressals@thyrocare.com with quoting your complaint ID if you don’t get a revert within 24 working hours from level 2. Please send the mail exchange history if possible.
